Gwangju University Hosts Gwangju Startup Forum on 'Local × Artificial Intelligence Business'

According to Gwangju University on the 31st, this forum, held under the theme of ‘Local × Artificial Intelligence’ business, featured lectures including ▲ Lee Hee-jun, CEO of The Co-cul Project (Innovating with Local Food Culture Resources) ▲ Tak Jung-wook, General Manager of Mesh Korea (New Business Environment and Logistics Innovation) ▲ Professor Jang Young-jae of KAIST’s Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering (Startup Cases Based on Artificial Intelligence and Digital Twin Technology).
Through this forum, Gwangju University plans to operate collaborative programs to create a startup ecosystem with related organizations and universities in the region, and to expand networking opportunities between prospective entrepreneurs and startups.
Choi Wan-seok, head of the Startup Support Group at Gwangju University, said, “We will support efforts to provide a venue not only for networking among local entrepreneurs but also for the spread of investment culture.”
