Damyang-gun Announces Individual Official Land Prices... Objection Period in Operation
Objection Submission from July 1, 2021, to November 29, 2021
[Damyang=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] On the 29th, Damyang-gun, Jeollanam-do announced that it has determined and publicly notified the individual official land prices for 1,611 land parcels within the jurisdiction and will accept objections from landowners and other interested parties until the 29th of next month.
The individual official land price is calculated based on the standard land price publicly announced by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, reflecting the characteristics of individual land parcels, verified by appraisers, and finalized through deliberation by the Damyang-gun Real Estate Public Announcement Committee.
The parcels announced this time are those that experienced land movement reasons such as division, merger, or land category change from January 1 to June 30, 2021, and were finalized after a process of public inspection and submission of opinions by residents from September 1 to September 23.
Detailed individual official land prices can be checked at the Damyang-gun Open Civil Service Department, town and township offices, the county website, and the Real Estate Public Price Information System. If there is an objection to the determined price, an objection form can be submitted in person or by mail.
For parcels with submitted objection forms, a re-investigation will be conducted on the balance of prices with nearby land and standard land, followed by a detailed verification by appraisers and deliberation by the Damyang-gun Real Estate Price Public Announcement Committee, with individual notifications completed by December 24.
