Yeosu Gwangyang Port Authority Conducts SNS Mock Reporting Drill on Human Rights Violations
Improvement of Human Rights Violation Reporting Center Operation, Listening to Employee Opinions
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Heo Seon-sik] Yeosu Gwangyang Port Authority (President Cha Min-sik) announced on the 29th that it conducted a 'Mock Reporting Training on Human Rights Violations' for its employees to activate the reporting system for various human rights issues (such as sexual harassment and power abuse) and to foster a healthy organizational culture.
This training was conducted by having employees report virtual human rights violation cases using the SNS Human Rights Violation Reporting Center operated by the authority, aiming to enhance employees' reporting capabilities when human rights violations occur in different areas.
Additionally, along with the training, the authority collected employees' opinions on improvements to the operation of the Human Rights Violation Reporting Center to increase operational efficiency.
Yoon Dong-hoon, head of the authority's Audit Office, stated, "Through this mock reporting training, we will raise employees' awareness of human rights violations and continuously strive to create a healthy organizational culture based on mutual respect."
