This recruitment is open to graduates of four-year universities or higher, or those expected to graduate by February next year. Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.5 scale) as of the submission deadline and be able to participate in the internship and join the company by February of the following year.

Successful candidates will participate in an approximately six-week internship from January 3 to February 15 of the following year. DL Construction plans to conduct a final evaluation based on the interns' performance during this period, and outstanding interns will be converted to full-time employees.
