Through this business agreement, the three parties decided to hold the 'Cheongpaje' festival of Sookmyung Women's University, which will take place from the 3rd to the 5th of next month, in the metaverse space called Snowverse.
The metaverse space was implemented based on 'Galaxy City,' a game platform developed by Mammosix, and plans to create a metaverse campus unique to Sookmyung Women's University by utilizing Galaxy City's avatar design, items, avatar creation, and chat features.
Shinhan Bank is reviewing ways to implement services linked to the surrounding commercial district, such as major textbooks, clothing, and secondhand transactions among students, within the metaverse space, and plans to promote a simple payment service within the metaverse by linking student IDs and accounts.
