[Exclusive] "Purchased on Telegram"... Caught After Girlfriend Reports Drug Use Together
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] A man and woman who were using drugs purchased through Telegram were caught by the police. The couple was caught after the girlfriend reported the incident to the police while they were using drugs together.
According to the police on the 25th, the Suseo Police Station in Seoul arrested and is investigating a man in his 30s, Mr. A, and a woman in her 20s, Ms. B, on charges of violating the Narcotics Control Act.
They are accused of using marijuana and ketamine, a psychotropic drug, purchased through Telegram, at Ms. B's residence in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, around 8 p.m. the previous day. The police, who arrived at the scene following Ms. B's report, arrested them in the act. During the police investigation, they reportedly admitted to using the drugs.
