The Gyeongnam Happiness Teacher Rights Dream Center has been operating specialized counseling centers and hospitals in accessible local areas as external affiliated healing institutions to provide prompt psychological treatment for on-site teachers.
Kim Nayeon, director of the Seed and Tree Psychological Counseling Center, who presented an excellent case of a healing specialized institution, emphasized the importance of rapid psychological treatment, saying, "There are many cases where the optimal time for healing is missed."
Choi Byunghun, Director of the School Policy Bureau, said, "Protecting teacher rights is protecting our children's right to learn," and added, "We will take the lead in protecting teacher rights."
