Four Urban Development Project Officials Sentenced to Prison for Exchanging Bribes

Additionally, fines ranging from 14 million to 33 million KRW and a total confiscation amount of 59 million KRW were ordered.
B (64), the representative of the consignment company for the urban development project in Changwon, gave a total of 59 million KRW to A and three other related persons dozens of times from September 2012 to February 2018 in exchange for business convenience.

The court stated, "Although the defendants should have maintained high integrity, they received improper solicitations and money from the representative of the consignment company, who had a high degree of business relevance, thereby damaging their integrity, which is a serious offense."
