Coupang's Second Paid-in Capital Increase... 293.9 Billion KRW Raised
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] Coupang has conducted its second paid-in capital increase since its listing on the US stock market, raising 293.9 billion KRW.
On the 21st, Coupang announced that it carried out a paid-in capital increase by allocating 5,877 common shares to shareholders at 50 million KRW per share. Coupang plans to raise a total of 293.85 billion KRW to use as operating funds.

This is Coupang's second time raising funds through a paid-in capital increase since its listing on the New York Stock Exchange in March this year. Previously, in July, Coupang raised 228.74 billion KRW by issuing 4,574 shares through a paid-in capital increase.
