Previously, the Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance app was required to use services such as insurance claim filing, contract changes, premium payments, and insurance policy loans, but from now on, these can be handled on the mobile web as well.
The new insurance subscription process has also become more convenient. When subscribing to long-term insurance, electronic signatures can be made on the mobile web, and documents such as copies of the application form, terms and conditions, and insurance policies can be downloaded. The number of services available on the mobile web has increased to over 130.
The authentication methods available on the mobile web have also been expanded. In addition to the existing methods of joint certificates, mobile phone authentication, and fingerprint authentication, financial certificates, KakaoPay authentication, and simple password authentication have been introduced.
