Shinhan Card Forms Strategic Partnership with 'Table Manager' to Strengthen Services for Small Business Owners
Providing Financial Services Including Joint Development of Value-Added Services Exclusively for Individual Entrepreneurs
[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] Shinhan Card announced on the 8th that it has signed an investment agreement for strategic collaboration with 'TableManager,' an AI-based reservation management specialist company.
Through this investment, Shinhan Card plans to strengthen win-win services that help increase sales for small business owners by establishing a marketing collaboration system utilizing TableManager's AI-based franchise reservation management service and big data.
TableManager is a startup that has shown strengths in the food service IT sector by developing AI-based restaurant reservation management software, TableManager, and a big data marketing platform.
Shinhan Card decided on a strategic investment based on the judgment that TableManager's reservation management system contributes to increasing sales for small business owners through customer management and sales demand forecasting via data analysis.
In the future, Shinhan Card will jointly sell franchise reservation vouchers using its advanced platform and hyper-personalized marketing, and jointly develop and provide additional services exclusive to individual business owners, such as business management diagnosis and credit management services. Using reservation data, it will also support franchisees' operational fund loans by predicting the timing when operating funds are needed.
