Representative Lee stated, "Seoul and Incheon are among the regions with the highest number of child abuse reports, but their arrest rates are among the lowest nationwide. Since these areas have relatively better infrastructure compared to others, efforts to improve the arrest rate for child abuse crimes are necessary, and leading the eradication of child abuse through strengthened cooperation with related organizations is essential."
