Hyundai Department Store Duty Free announced on the 1st that it will open a Chanel boutique store at its Incheon Airport branch located in Terminal 1 of Incheon International Airport.
The Chanel boutique at Hyundai Department Store Duty Free Incheon Airport branch will sell ready-to-wear clothing, handbags, shoes, custom jewelry, eyewear, watches & fine jewelry products. The store area is approximately 405㎡.
The newly opened Chanel boutique will also exhibit contemporary art works by famous artists such as Curtis Jere, a designer duo from California, USA, and Peter Dayton, an artist from New York.
Hyundai Department Store Duty Free stated, "Since opening in November 2018, we have consecutively opened stores at Dongdaemun and Incheon Airport last year, realizing economies of scale," adding, "By opening the Chanel boutique this time, we have firmly established our position as one of the 'Big 4' domestic duty-free shops." Hyundai Department Store Duty Free's sales in the first half of this year have shown high growth, increasing by 166.9% compared to last year.
