The "Personnel On-site Counseling Room" is an administrative service where personnel officers visit locations where counseling is needed to solve the concerns of affiliated police officers and facilitate mutual communication.
Complying with COVID-19 quarantine rules, on the 27th and 28th, the personnel officer of the police station visited police substations and exclusive piers to conduct face-to-face counseling for on-site staff, as well as non-face-to-face counseling via email, online, and telephone.
The counseling was conducted substantively, covering various personnel management areas such as promotion (exams, seniority, evaluation) systems, transfers and leaves of absence, awards (commendations), as well as individual employee grievances.
