GS Construction to Launch 'Jangyu Xi The Park' in Gimhae Next Month

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyemin] GS Construction is launching sales under the 'Xi' standalone brand in Gimhae, Gyeongnam, for the first time in about 16 years.

GS Construction announced on the 14th that it plans to sell 'Jangyu Xi The Park' next month at 1188 Sinmun-dong, Gimhae-si, Gyeongnam.

The complex will consist of 7 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to 28 above-ground floors, with a total of 587 households.

Sinmun-dong, where the complex is located, has recently emerged as a central area with ongoing new housing supply. In particular, about 6,000 households are scheduled to be supplied in the Jangyu Sinmun District and Sinmun 1 District.

Jangyu Xi The Park is adjacent to Jangyu IC, providing excellent access to the Namhae Expressway. The double-track railway Jangyu Station, connecting 'Bujeon~Masan,' is also scheduled to open. Within walking distance are Lotte Mart, Hanaro Mart, restaurants, hospitals, Daecheong Elementary, Middle, and High Schools, academies, and Gimhae City Jangyu Library.

In front of the complex lies Banryongsan Mountain, and at the foot of the mountain stretches the Gimhae Plain. Within walking distance is Jangyu Nuri-gil, which connects Daecheongcheon Stream, Yulha Stream, and Joman River.

This is the first time in 16 years since 2005's 'Jinyeong Xi' that GS Construction is supplying apartments under the standalone 'Xi' brand in Gimhae.

A GS Construction sales official said, "Since we are presenting the Xi standalone brand in Gimhae after a long time, we are putting great effort into product preparation. With a location that allows living in harmony with nature and convenient infrastructure, we will strive to make it a landmark within Jangyu New Town."
