KOTRA Holds 'ICT Innovation Plaza' Forum and Consultation in Shenzhen, China
[Asia Economy Reporter Jeong Hyunjin] KOTRA announced on the 14th that it will hold the 'ICT Innovation Plaza 2021' event for three days starting from the 15th in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China, in collaboration with the Ministry of Science and ICT. This event consists of the Korea-China ICT Forum and one-on-one business consultations between companies from both countries.
At the Korea-China ICT Forum held on the morning of the 15th, representatives from major Chinese big tech companies Tencent and Huawei, as well as Hyundai Mobis, will give presentations on topics such as △ the development prospects, latest technology trends, and application areas of 5G, Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), cloud, and e-mobility △ promising areas for Korea-China cooperation and joint collaboration plans. Over 80 businesspeople from both countries will attend offline to share recent trends in the Korea-China digital new deal and explore cooperation measures.
The online consultation sessions held for three days from the 15th will feature 119 Chinese companies and 45 promising domestic ICT small and medium-sized enterprises participating in fields related to the digital new deal, including △ network technologies and components such as 5G and IoT △ new technologies and software (SW) related to data analysis △ AI △ content such as AR (augmented reality) and VR (virtual reality) △ cloud △ core mobile components △ semiconductor equipment △ smart cities.
