The Central Disease Control Headquarters (CDCH) announced that as of midnight, 1,490 new cases were confirmed, bringing the total to 260,403. Of these, 1,461 were locally transmitted and 29 were imported cases.
This is 314 fewer than the previous day (1,804) and 129 fewer than last Saturday a week ago (1,619). However, since the number of tests conducted over the weekend significantly decreased, it is difficult to conclude that the spread has slowed down.
