This injunction lawsuit aims to suspend the effect of the amendment to the articles of incorporation approved at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on August 2, 2019.
A representative of SL Bionics stated, “Currently, the company is conducting normal business activities under a professional management system led by CEO Son Sungjin,” and emphasized, “Rumors and false information spreading on the shareholder bulletin board and SNS are unrelated to the facts.”
