Namwon-si Fully Prepares for 'COVID-19 Coexistence National Support Fund' Distribution

[Namwon=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Jeong Young-kwon] Namwon City, Jeonbuk (Mayor Lee Hwan-joo) has decided to focus administrative efforts to provide the ‘COVID-19 Coexistence National Support Fund’ scheduled to be implemented from the 6th of next month.

On the 30th, the city held a video conference hosted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety regarding the ‘COVID-19 Coexistence National Support Fund’ and prepared detailed implementation plans including various promotional methods to maximize convenience for citizens.

93% of Namwon citizens are eligible for this support fund, and from the 6th of next month, the eligibility inquiry service and online application will be available, while in-person applications at eup, myeon, and dong offices will begin on the 13th of next month.

Online applications will be supported by charging points through the card company websites held individually by adults.

Offline applications require visiting the administrative welfare center at the resident registration address’s eup, myeon, or dong with an ID card to complete the application process and receive a prepaid card (one card worth 250,000 KRW).

The COVID-19 Coexistence National Support Fund provides 250,000 KRW per eligible person, can be used at the same affiliated stores as the Namwon Love Gift Certificate, and the usage period is until the end of December.
