Dongshin University Conducts Career Guidance Competency Enhancement Training for Faculty
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Cho Hyung-joo] Dongshin University Career Development Center (Director: Professor An Min-joo, Department of Sports for All) and Student Counseling Center (Director: Professor Park Hee-hyun, Department of Counseling Psychology) announced on the 25th that they conducted an online non-face-to-face competency enhancement training for faculty members to guide university students' career paths.
The lecture focused on 'Dae2-byeong,' a term describing the sense of emptiness and depression caused by doubts about one's major or future, and discussed strategies to effectively support enrolled students struggling with career concerns.
An Min-joo, director of the Career Development Center, said, “I hope this training will be helpful to enrolled students experiencing various issues related to university life, academics, career, and employment due to COVID-19.”
