Shinhan Card Fully Renews 'MyCar'... Expanding into a Life and Finance Platform
Launch of 'Naechago i Service' and Expansion of 'Blue Driver' Campaign
[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] Shinhan Card is launching the 'Naechago i (i)' service, which provides various customized information by simply registering the customer's own vehicle number.
On the 24th, Shinhan Card announced that it will fully renew the comprehensive automobile finance platform 'Shinhan My Car' based on this concept. Along with this, it will also carry out the 'Blue Driver' campaign to promote proper driving habits.
The Naechago i service allows users to register their vehicle number on Shinhan My Car and check all vehicle management information at once, including vehicle market price, insurance history, vehicle recall information, and regular inspection schedules, as well as the status of various public charges such as taxes and fines. It also provides financial information such as installment finance usage status and various convenience information like favorite gas stations, car wash visits, and maintenance visits, enabling users to easily check all information related to their vehicle on Naechago i.
Through continuous service enhancement in the future, the Naechago i service plans to link reviews of registered vehicles to various vehicle communities and offer a service that allows users to simply check various information of vehicles of interest by registering them and even connect to new car estimates.
Until September 30, all customers who sign up for the Naechago i service will receive 1,000 My Shinhan Points, and among the subscribers, a lottery event will award 1 million My Shinhan Points (1 person), LG Electronics CineBeam projectors (4 people), Shinsegae gift certificates worth 50,000 KRW (60 people), and Starbucks Americano drink vouchers (300 people).
To commemorate the launch of the Naechago i service and promote a culture of proper driving habits, Shinhan Card is also conducting the Blue Driver campaign. The Blue Driver campaign starts with a simple 'Driving Anger Gauge Test' consisting of 10 questions to help participants understand their driving tendencies. After completing the test, participants can download a music playlist that matches their driving style.
In addition to the music playlist, those who apply for Blue Driver certification goods will be entered into a draw where 1,000 people will receive gifts consisting of stickers, cup holders, and car air fresheners.
The Blue Driver campaign also includes various events from an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) perspective. By simply sharing the campaign participation results, 100 KRW will be donated per participant, and when the number of participants reaches 50,000, the funds will be donated to create an eco-friendly eco-zone in a central park in Seoul. When the number reaches 500,000, special vehicles will be purchased and donated for transportation-vulnerable groups.
