HDC Hyundai Development Company Wins Redevelopment Project in Sinjeong 4-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan
Ulsan Nam-gu B-07 Zone... Project Scale 408.1 Billion Won
HDC Hyundai Development Company announced on the 23rd that it has won the contract for the redevelopment and maintenance project of Ulsan Nam-gu B-07 district.
HDC Hyundai Development Company was the sole bidder as a private contract candidate on July 2nd, and was selected as the construction company with 95% of the votes from attending union members (80% of the total union members, 417 out of 522) at the contractor selection general meeting held on the 21st of this month.
The Ulsan Nam-gu B-07 district redevelopment project is a contract construction project worth 408.1 billion KRW to build 10 apartment buildings with 1,391 households ranging from 3 basement floors to 43 above-ground floors, along with neighborhood living facilities. The goal is to start construction and sales in July 2023 and complete the project by September 2026.
The Ulsan Nam-gu B-07 redevelopment site is located in the heart of Nam-gu, Ulsan, adjacent to elementary, middle, and high schools as well as convenient living facilities, making it a highly preferred residential area. Approximately 4,300 households are planned to be newly built near the project site, drawing attention as an emerging residential area that will replace Ok-dong, Ulsan's most preferred residential district.

HDC Hyundai Development Company stated, "We will showcase a 100% south-facing layout maximizing views of Ulsan Grand Park, an increase in large-sized units compared to the union's design plan, improved unit floor plans, securing two parking spaces per household, and an overall expanded parking lot plan." They added, "Based on the high brand value and long-standing expertise of I'Park, we will create a premium residential space in Ulsan with excellent location conditions including transportation and infrastructure."
