Geochang-gun Conducts 2021 Community Health Survey Targeting Over 900 Participants
163 Items in 18 Areas Including Health Behaviors
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Geochang-gun, Gyeongnam Province, will conduct the '2021 Community Health Survey' from the 16th to October 31st to assess the health status of residents.
The Community Health Survey has been conducted since 2008 in accordance with Article 4 of the Regional Health Act to improve residents' health levels. The collected data is used to establish customized health policies and implement health projects.
The survey will be conducted on 894 individuals aged 19 and older from 534 households selected as samples. Surveyors wearing red uniforms and carrying identification badges will visit in person to investigate a total of 163 questions across 18 areas including health behaviors, chronic diseases, and personal hygiene.
To enhance the accuracy and reliability of the survey, four surveyors will be selected and provided with related training.
To ensure residents can participate safely, all surveyors will undergo pre-survey COVID-19 testing (all negative results), daily health checks, continuous wearing of KF94 masks, hand sanitization, and maintaining distance during the survey.
