High-end Office 'Godeok I-Park Dearban' Opens Model House and Prepares for Sale
HDC Hyundai Development Company will open the Dearban Gallery of the high-end life office "Godeok I-Park Dearban," located at 353-23 Godeok-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul (Godeok Gangil Public Housing District Distribution Block 1), on the 18th and begin full-scale sales.

The interior spaces will be designed as a new concept complex space with various types ranging from 37 to 296㎡ per unit, allowing flexible use according to purpose and preference. As a high-end life office located by the Han River, the interior specialized design maximizes Han River views by arranging diagonal windows and individual terraces. Additionally, fully furnished amenities include a Styler, wash tower, refrigerator, and furniture-type canteen.
