Hwasun-gun Operates 'Individual Housing Price Inspection and Opinion Submission Period'

[Hwasun=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Ji-woon] Jeonnam Hwasun-gun (Governor Gu Chung-gon) announced on the 10th that it will operate the individual housing price viewing and opinion submission period based on June 1, 2021, until the 30th of this month.

Homeowners can view individual housing prices and submit opinion forms at the county office's finance department and the eup/myeon administrative welfare centers.

The housing prices in the individual housing price viewing ledger based on June 1, 2021, were calculated based on field surveys, comparative analysis of characteristics between individual houses and standard houses, and the housing price benchmark table.

The calculated housing prices are comprehensively verified and determined by the Korea Real Estate Board, considering the characteristics of the houses, balance with nearby individual housing prices, and other housing price fluctuation conditions.

Homeowners can view the ledger available at the county office's finance department and eup/myeon administrative welfare centers until the 30th, and those with opinions can fill out and submit opinion forms available at the same locations.

Houses with submitted opinions undergo re-verification by the Korea Real Estate Board and review by the county real estate price disclosure committee.

The results of re-verification and review will be notified to the submitters.

The final determined housing prices will be decided and publicly announced on the 30th of next month and will be used as the basis for imposing various taxes such as national and local taxes.

A county official stated, “We plan to decide and publicly announce appropriate and fair housing prices through listening to homeowners' opinions,” and added, “We hope that residents check the ledger and actively submit their opinions during the viewing and opinion submission period.”
