The report includes activities and achievements related to commitments to six major stakeholders: customers, financial planners, employees, investors, partner companies, and government & local communities.
In particular, as building an ecosystem of coexistence and cooperation has become important, from this year, 'partner companies' have been newly classified as key stakeholders, and specific activities for mutual growth with partner companies were addressed.
It also introduced recent hot topics such as the declaration of coal phase-out finance, joining the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) signatories, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management promotion status, COVID-19 response, and the Unicorn Project.
