Jindo Office of Education Forms 'Comprehensive Countermeasures Headquarters' After Two Middle School Students Fall to Their Deaths
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Jun-kyung] Jindo Office of Education has formed a comprehensive countermeasures headquarters to investigate the truth regarding suspicions of school violence related to the recent deaths of two middle school students.
According to Jindo Office of Education on the 5th, the comprehensive countermeasures headquarters for the student death incident in Jindo was formed the previous afternoon, and the first meeting was held to handle the matter.
The countermeasures headquarters consists of four local committee members who will work on the investigation and psychological support for at-risk students regarding the deaths of the two middle school students that occurred on the 31st of last month, along with six expert members including police officers and counseling specialists.
They decided to form a task force to thoroughly investigate the suspicions of school violence raised by the bereaved families of the deceased students and the handling process of the matter.
