Exchange Decides Star Mobility Eligible for Listing Qualification Review
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-ju] The Korea Exchange KOSDAQ Market Headquarters announced on the 4th that Star Mobility has been designated as a subject for a substantive review of listing eligibility.
According to the decision, the Exchange will notify the company of the review schedule and procedures, and within 20 business days from the notification date (September 2), the Corporate Review Committee will deliberate and decide whether to delist the company or grant a period for improvement.

However, if the company submits a management improvement plan within 15 business days from the notification date (August 26), the Corporate Review Committee will deliberate and decide on delisting or granting an improvement period within 20 business days from the submission date.
