Seoul Dragon City has prepared a variety of health-boosting menus using seasonal croaker fish at 'THE 26' and 'Unkai'. Summer croaker is a light, low-fat, high-protein food containing various nutrients such as vitamins, potassium, and phosphorus, making it a representative health food for the summer season.
'THE 26' has planned a 'Healthy Table' promotion that includes a spicy fish stew set carefully boiled with fresh seasonal croaker. The 'Healthy Table', available until the end of this month, includes summer’s representative health dishes such as ▲chilled chicken salad ▲abalone porridge ▲croaker spicy fish stew, along with ▲welcome cocktail ▲seasonal fruits ▲coffee or tea. The 'Healthy Table' promotion is available for lunch and dinner on weekdays (dinner only on weekends), priced at 98,000 KRW per adult (including VAT).
At 'Unkai', a modern Japanese dining restaurant opened last month, menus using seasonal croaker have also been prepared. Located on the 34th floor of Sky Kingdom with a panoramic view of Seoul city, 'Unkai' offers a variety of seasonal croaker dishes such as ▲croaker sashimi ▲croaker sushi ▲croaker pancake ▲croaker soup.
A representative of Hotel Seoul Dragon City said, "As the recent heatwave continues, more customers are seeking health-boosting foods to stay healthy during the summer," adding, "We hope that our carefully prepared representative summer health dishes will stimulate appetite and boost energy for a healthy summer season."
