[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heeyoon] The Win-Win Growth Committee announced on the 28th that it has signed a 'Win-Win Agreement between Large and Small-Medium Enterprises in the Telecommunications Device Sales Industry' with the Korea Distribution Mobile Association (KDMA) and High Plaza.
This agreement was prepared to reach a consensus with small and medium-sized enterprises regarding the sale of other companies' products following LG Electronics' withdrawal from the mobile phone business. The agreement was signed through a voluntary agreement between KDMA and High Plaza to protect the business areas of small and medium-sized enterprises and to strengthen win-win cooperation between large and small-medium enterprises.
High Plaza will sell other companies' mobile phones, etc., but will proceed with the business step-by-step considering the protection of small and medium-sized enterprises' business areas and market conditions. In addition, various win-win programs will be developed and operated to enhance the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises. KDMA will strive to modernize the distribution system of telecommunications device sales and secure self-sustainability through cooperation with large enterprises.
The Win-Win Growth Committee plans to conduct implementation checks on the agreement and hold a win-win council following the signing of the win-win agreement between large and small-medium enterprises.
