Netmarble's 'Je2ui Nara' Ranks No.1 in Downloads for Q2
[Asia Economy Reporter Kang Nahum] In the second quarter of this year, the most downloaded game by Koreans was Netmarble's "Je2ui Nara" (The Second Country). The game with the highest spending was NCSoft's "Lineage M".
According to App Annie's "Q2 Mobile Game Report" on the 22nd, Je2ui Nara ranked first in downloads.
Following were Gamepub's "My Little Forest", Bilibili's "Final Gear", Nintendo's "Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp", and Devsisters' "Cookie Run: Kingdom" ranking 2nd to 5th respectively. Je2ui Nara also ranked 2nd in Japan's download rankings.
In terms of spending, NCSoft's "Lineage M" and "Lineage 2M" took 1st and 2nd place, with Je2ui Nara ranking 3rd. Koreans spent $1.49 billion (approximately 1.7 trillion KRW) on mobile games in Q2.
"Je2ui Nara" also ranked first in both downloads and consumer spending on the fastest-growing mobile game chart compared to the previous quarter.
