Korea Real Estate Board In-House Venture 'B&Seoh' Successfully Commercializes... Provides Service to Dabang

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Jiwon] Korea Real Estate Board announced on the 16th that its in-house venture 'Be answer' has succeeded in commercializing its revenue business.
Be answer, the second in-house venture of Korea Real Estate Board, succeeded in spin-off startup last March and signed a business contract with Station3, which operates the real estate transaction platform Dabang, on the 15th.
Be answer was selected for the '2019 In-house Venture Promotion Program' hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. It developed the real estate transaction risk automatic analysis system ICU and obtained a patent, recognizing its business potential.
Through this contract, Be answer will provide Dabang with transaction risk diagnosis, real estate data analysis, and one-stop study issuance services, planning to build a safe platform environment where real estate consumers can conduct transactions without risks such as real estate fraud or unfair deals.
In particular, it is expected to become a new model for realizing social value by addressing social issues such as real estate transaction accidents.
