GS Construction to Launch First Xi Apartment in Hongseong, Chungnam... August Sale

GS Construction announced on the 15th that it plans to launch 'Hongseong Xi' in Hongseong, Chungnam, this August.
Located at 583-14 Goam-ri, Hongseong-eup, Hongseong-gun, Chungnam, Hongseong Xi consists of 6 buildings ranging from basement level 1 to 27 floors above ground, with a total of 483 units. Hongseong Xi is situated in the very center of Hongseong, equipped with abundant infrastructure. First, Hongseong Station on the Janghang Line is within walking distance, making travel to surrounding areas convenient. The Seohae Line double-track railway connecting Songsan Station (Hwaseong, Gyeonggi) is scheduled to open in October 2022 at Hongseong Station, enabling travel to the metropolitan area within an hour in the future. Meanwhile, to assist customers unfamiliar with subscription procedures, the Hongseong Xi subscription consultation office operates by reservation and is located at 261 Ogori, Hongseong-eup, Hongseong-gun, Chungnam. Move-in is scheduled for the second half of 2023.
