GH Accepting Housing Sale Applications for Purchase Rental Housing Project
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) has started purchasing multi-family houses and other properties from the 12th as part of its existing housing purchase and rental project to stabilize housing for low-income and youth groups in the province.
The existing housing purchase and rental project is a program where GH buys and renovates houses, then rents them to homeless low-income citizens such as livelihood and medical benefit recipients, single-parent families, disabled persons, and youth at 30-50% of the market price.
GH accepts sales applications for multi-family houses and apartment-type housing (multi-unit houses, row houses, urban lifestyle housing) with an exclusive area of 85㎡ or less per unit. Residential officetels with an exclusive area of 40㎡ or less per unit are also eligible for application.
GH conducts document screening on location conditions and housing quality for the houses applying for sale, followed by on-site inspections and purchase reviews to finalize the purchase targets.
The purchase price is calculated as the arithmetic average of the amounts appraised by two appraisal institutions.
