Yangcheon-gu Hosts Future Promising Careers Talk Concert 'Z Generation's Z-a(Ra)ife Style'
90-Minute YouTube Live Broadcast from 10 AM on the 13th... Featuring Future Promising Jobs for Generation Z (Unique Festival Planner, VR·MR Expert, Short Video Creator)... Sharing New Lifestyle and Career Stories for Gen Z Youth
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Yangcheon-gu (Mayor Kim Soo-young) is operating a career talk concert titled ‘Z Generation’s Zㅏ(ra) Lifestyle’ to provide Z-generation youth, who face difficulties in career experience due to COVID-19, with opportunities to acquire information on promising future jobs and to explore and design their careers independently.
This career talk concert was prepared to help youth develop insights into the ‘jobs and employment’ of the future, as technological advancements led by artificial intelligence and robotics are replacing existing jobs and creating new ones, changing the concept of employment.
To prevent COVID-19 infection, the district prepared the event in an untact format using an online real-time platform instead of the traditional face-to-face gatherings. The career talk concert, which will be held on July 13 from 10 a.m. for 90 minutes, will feature future promising professionals such as unique festival planners, VR·MR experts, and short video creators, presenting future world and job cases through unique and entertaining content, providing an opportunity to explore future careers from a different perspective.
Middle and high school students in Seoul can participate by accessing the online real-time platform, and an interactive communication session will be provided through the chat window after connection to resolve questions about future jobs.
