NH Nonghyup Life Opens Mobile Subscription System
Use via Link Without Separate App Installation
[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] NH Nonghyup Life announced on the 1st that it has launched a 'mobile subscription system' that allows customers to directly conclude insurance contracts using their smartphones.
Customers can complete the entire subscription process via smartphone, from agreeing to the subscription plan, applying, downloading electronic terms and conditions, to making corrections. Since it is accessed through a link, it can be used immediately without installing a separate application (app). After the agent explains the product and the customer expresses their intention to subscribe, the agent sends a link, and the customer can access the link, go through identity verification, and apply.
To prepare for cases where communication is unstable during mobile subscription or the customer needs to stop filling out the application midway, a function that automatically saves the subscription information being filled out has been added. Additionally, the system was developed to facilitate easy subscription by including features such as large font enlargement, explanation icons, minimized scrolling, and direct call connection to the responsible agent.
