KB Financial Launches 'KB Companion Happiness Package' for Pet Households
Providing Various Benefits Including Financial Products Such as Banking, Insurance, Cards, and Specialized Communication Plans
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] KB Financial Group has launched a customized package reflecting the increasing needs of pet-owning households.
On the 1st, KB Financial launched the ‘KB Banryeo Happiness Package,’ a tailored financial solution reflecting the diverse needs of pet households, for the happy future of 6.04 million pet-owning households.
This package features a pet-friendly naming as well as improved product features and enhanced additional services, reflecting the satisfaction survey results conducted on customers who subscribed to the ‘KB Petconomy Package’ product launched in 2017.
According to a satisfaction and preferred benefits survey conducted in January with about 400 respondents, pet-owning households showed interest in ▲care activities related to pets ▲adoption of abandoned animals ▲pet accident and liability ▲cost reduction for pet supplies and medical expenses.
Reflecting the needs of pet households, this package offers a total of five products: ▲KB Banryeo Happiness Savings ▲KB Banryeo Happiness Trust ▲Liv M Banryeo Happiness LTE Plan ▲KB Banryeo Happiness Pet Insurance ▲KB Kookmin Banryeo Ae (愛) Card, along with various additional services such as discounts related to pet industries and a smart home pet care package.
Additionally, KB Financial has newly established a pet information registration screen within KB Star Banking, the first in the financial sector. Pet owners can register their pet’s type, breed, birthday, weight, and more. KB Financial plans to provide financial information necessary for pet households based on this data in the future.
