Busan City (Mayor Park Hyung-jun), together with Law&People Co., Ltd. (Co-CEOs Jeong Yong-kwon and Cha Min-kyung) and the Busan Chapter of the Korea Federation of Micro Enterprise (Chairman Noh Ui-seok), will offer customized free consultations for small business owners in various fields.
On the 29th at 4 p.m., Busan City announced on the 30th that it signed a "Legal Service Provision Business Agreement" at the International Protocol Room on the 7th floor of City Hall.
Kim Yoon-il, Deputy Mayor for Economic Affairs of Busan City, promised cooperation for providing free legal and labor consultation services with Jeong Yong-kwon and Cha Min-kyung, CEOs of Law&People Co., Ltd., and Noh Ui-seok, Chairman of the Busan Chapter of the Korea Federation of Micro Enterprise.
Small business owners have faced difficulties in responding appropriately to legal disputes due to lack of costs and information.
Busan City expects this agreement to provide practical assistance to small business owners struggling due to the impact of COVID-19.
The free consultation support targets small business owners located in the Busan area, who can receive consultations in nine fields using Law&People Co., Ltd.'s ‘BeopShow’ platform.
The fields include lawyers, judicial scriveners, accountants, tax accountants, patent attorneys, appraisers, labor consultants, administrative agents, and court reporters.
Law&People Co., Ltd., a startup established in 2019, provides non-face-to-face consultations without restrictions of time and place to help small business owners overcome crises caused by COVID-19.
They plan to fully support legal consultation services through their available platform.
