According to Lee's camp on the 29th, the overall coordination role is expected to be taken by five-term lawmaker Jo Jung-sik. Jo currently leads Lee's nationwide support organization, 'Democratic Peace Plaza.' He formed a connection with Lee while serving as co-chairman of the Gyeonggi Province transition committee in 2018.
Jung Sung-ho, considered the leader of the Lee Jae-myung faction, will continue to set the overall tone of the campaign. However, it is reported that he has expressed his intention not to take an official position out of consideration for those joining later.
Chief of Staff will be three-term lawmaker Park Hong-geun, Situation Room Chief will be two-term lawmaker Kim Young-jin, and Executive Officer will be first-term lawmaker Kim Nam-guk.
