Artificial Intelligence Robot Research Institute Signs MOU with SW, AI, and Robotics Specialized Companies
Joint Research on Intelligent Coding Robots and Expansion of Industry-Academia Cooperation

Dong-Eui University (President Han Su-hwan) Artificial Intelligence Robotics Research Institute (Director Ok Seung-ho) signed an MOU on June 22 at the Dong-Eui University Information Engineering Building with Cuberoid Co., Ltd. (CEO Shin Jae-kwang), Samzzumilsa Co., Ltd. (CEO Chae Deok-byeong), Codable Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Ki-man), Coding Haru (CEO Shin Young-soo), and DO Maker (CEO Han Shin-ae) to activate the SW·AI·Robotics education industry and foster customized talent in science and engineering fields.
Attending the agreement ceremony were Cuberoid CEO Shin Jae-kwang, DO Maker CEO Han Shin-ae, Coding Haru CEO Shin Young-soo, and Samzzumilsa CEO Chae Deok-byeong. Each organization agreed to mutually cooperate on △ intelligent robot research and talent development △ exchange of human and material resources to activate SW·AI·Robotics education △ joint program planning and development.
Following the signing ceremony, a special lecture titled “Educational Artificial Intelligence Coding Robot Technology and Industry Trends” was held for Dong-Eui University students, and Cuberoid’s AI coding robot donation event was also conducted.
Ok Seung-ho, director of the Artificial Intelligence Robotics Research Institute and professor of Robotics and Automation Engineering, said, “We will put more effort into activating coding and AI education using robots and hope to contribute to regional economic growth by nurturing talent that meets corporate demands.”
Cuberoid Co., Ltd. is an edutech company that received the Minister of Science and ICT Award last year and produces AI-based modular robotics products and non-face-to-face digital content. DO Maker provides various education programs such as AR, coding drones, 3D modeling, and artificial intelligence.
