Incheon Airport Corporation Implements 'Excellent Company Growth Support' Program
[Asia Economy Reporter Dongwoo Lee] Incheon International Airport Corporation announced on the 28th that it will select 15 outstanding social economy organizations and provide growth funds worth up to 30 million KRW per company through the 'Incheon Airport Value-Added Tax, Outstanding Company Growth Support Project.'
The support targets are social economy organizations, and as a global airport company, the corporation plans to preferentially select companies in the fields of social services, job creation, and manufacturing of eco-friendly products and services to lead ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management and expand social value. Social economy organizations refer to preliminary or social enterprises, cooperatives, self-support enterprises, village enterprises, social ventures, and others.
The application period is until July 20, and applications can be submitted through the 'Incheon Airport and Value-Added Tax' website.
Depending on the social performance created by the supported companies over one year, the degree of sales growth, and the sincerity of repayment, up to 30% of the social finance support fund will be provided as an additional incentive.
