Woori Bank, Recruiting 500 Members for Woori One Banking Customer Evaluation Group
Role of Providing Diverse Feedback from the Customer Perspective
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jin-ho] Woori Bank announced on the 28th that it will recruit the ‘Woori One Banking Customer Evaluation Group’ until the 18th of next month to expand communication with customers by evaluating the Woori One Banking service and proposing ideas.
The ‘Woori One Banking Customer Evaluation Group’ will directly use the Woori One Banking service to provide various feedback from the customer’s perspective, including ▲monitoring new products and services ▲participating in the evaluation group survey once a month ▲proposing various ideas.
Every month, three outstanding evaluators will be selected and awarded a Shinsegae gift certificate worth 100,000 KRW, and a Happycon mobile gift certificate will also be provided for survey participation. A total of 500 customers will be recruited for the customer evaluation group, and anyone using Woori One Banking can apply.
