Mono Kitchen Launches 'Osaka-style Assorted Kushikatsu'
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] LF Food, a comprehensive food company, announced on the 28th that its home dining HMR brand Monokitchen has launched "Osaka-style Assorted Kushikatsu."
"Kushikatsu" is a type of deep-fried skewered food made by skewering various ingredients, known as a representative dish of Osaka, Japan.
The "Osaka-style Assorted Kushikatsu (370g*7 pieces)" features the taste of "Kushikatsu Daruma," a famous original kushikatsu restaurant in Osaka.
The seven different skewers, including meat, vegetables, and seafood, add to the enjoyment of eating. The ingredients are coated with a thin layer of breadcrumbs and fried, preserving the texture and flavor of the ingredients. Additionally, the sweet and tangy sauce based on Worcestershire sauce contains the local secret recipe, enhancing the flavor.
