The Central Disease Control Headquarters announced that as of midnight on that day, the number of new confirmed cases increased by 668, bringing the total to 154,457. This is 34 more than the previous day (634), marking four consecutive days in the 600s.
The infection routes of the new confirmed cases on that day were 611 local transmissions and 57 imported cases.
