Hyundai Engineering plans to showcase a nature-friendly and differentiated design emphasizing lighting, views, and daylight by incorporating premium residential philosophy throughout the complex’s interior and exterior, including ▲individual units ▲common areas ▲community centers ▲exteriors ▲landscaping ▲underground parking lots.
First, in individual units, design lighting and line lighting options are applied to provide a more luxurious and bright living space, with various types of lighting such as indirect lights and pendant lights installed throughout the indoor spaces. In particular, advanced IoT technology has been introduced by applying switches that allow residents to turn lights on or off by voice and include brightness control options, enhancing convenience for residents. Additionally, the walls of indoor stairwells in common areas are finished with floor-to-ceiling windows to maximize light and views, and large daylight windows are installed in parking spaces to utilize natural lighting and improve ventilation.
Abundant natural daylight elements are also applied outside the complex. A cafeteria surrounded by glass curtain walls and a large outdoor plaza have been created so that residents can enjoy leisure activities in a nature-friendly environment. Warm and soft exterior lighting is installed on the complex’s entrance gate and apartment side walls, providing a differentiated residential space where lighting and landscaping harmonize consistently.
For landscaping within the complex, the ‘Groove Landscape,’ which reflects organically shaped terrain design resembling nature, will be applied. Hills with natural uphill and downhill slopes, resting areas blended into the terrain, and a forest camping site will be created. Additionally, a ‘Green Play Park,’ a nature experience playground for residents’ children, will be established, allowing residents to enjoy a living environment that breathes with nature.
