[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Cheol-young] Seoul City announced on the 21st that it has nominated eight officials for promotion to Grade 3 director-level positions who will lead the city administration alongside Mayor Oh Se-hoon.
The nominees for the Grade 3 promotion include Lee Hae-seon, Planning Officer; Lee Dong-ryul, Head of Environmental Policy Division; Kwak Jong-bin, Head of Autonomous Administration Division; Kim Myung-joo, Head of Finance Division; Park Jin-soon, Head of Safety and Disaster Prevention Division; Kim Jeong-ho, Head of Housing Policy Division; Yoo Young-bong, Head of Park Development Division; and Jin Kyung-sik, Head of Residential Maintenance Division.
Seoul City plans to implement personnel transfers at the director and bureau chief levels, including those promoted to Grade 3, effective from the 19th of next month, to ensure the smooth progress of key core projects.
