Jeju Air and Air Seoul to Operate Non-Stop Sightseeing Flights in July
[Asia Economy Reporter Dongwoo Lee] Jeju Air announced on the 21st that it will operate six non-landing international sightseeing flights with duty-free shopping available in July. Four flights will operate from Incheon International Airport, and two flights from Gimhae International Airport.
The Incheon~Incheon route departs from Incheon Airport at 3 PM on July 10, 17, 24, and 31, flying over Tsushima Island, Japan, and arriving back at Incheon Airport at 5 PM. The flight on the 17th will be operated as a charter flight by Shilla Duty Free.
The Gimhae~Gimhae route departs from Gimhae Airport at 1:30 PM on July 17 and 31, flying over Tsushima Island, Japan, and returning to Gimhae Airport at 2:30 PM. Air tickets are sold starting from 82,400 KRW based on the total fare including fuel surcharges and airport facility usage fees.
Air Seoul will also operate two non-landing sightseeing flights on July 11 and 18. The schedule departs from Gimpo International Airport at 9:40 AM and returns to Gimpo International Airport at 12 PM.
In particular, in July, in collaboration with the Osaka Tourism Bureau, passengers will be offered prizes through Osaka-related quiz events, including admission tickets to the world-famous theme park ‘Universal Studios Japan (USJ)’ located in Osaka, accommodation vouchers for ‘IP CITY HOTEL OSAKA’ located in Namba, the central city of Osaka, and the ‘Osaka e-Pass’ which grants free admission to 20 tourist attractions in Osaka.

The ticket price for Air Seoul’s non-landing flights starts from 101,400 KRW based on the total fare, and additional time sales will also be conducted.
