Hankook Tire Launches DreamWith Project Contest... Supporting Local Community-Based Social Enterprises
Hankook Tire & Technology's social contribution foundation, Hankook Tire Nanum Foundation, announced on the 21st that it will hold the '2021 Dream With Our Village Level-Up Project' contest supporting community-based social enterprises until the 18th of next month.

[Asia Economy Reporter Ki-min Lee] The Korea Tire & Technology's social contribution foundation, Korea Tire Sharing Foundation, announced on the 21st that it will hold the '2021 Dream With Our Village Level-Up Project' contest supporting community-based social enterprises until the 18th of next month.
The 2021 Dream With Our Village Level-Up Project is a program that supports community-based enterprises leading the creation of social value by inviting applications to help them grow into sustainable local communities. Now in its 8th year, Dream With is jointly organized and conducted by the Korea Tire Sharing Foundation and Underdogs.
The project application targets social economy enterprises actively solving local issues or wishing to launch new products and services utilizing local resources, as well as local creators interested in regional issues. However, prospective entrepreneurs or individuals without business registration are not eligible to apply.
About 10 selected enterprises will receive up to 10 million KRW in business support funds. In addition to the business support funds, selected enterprises will be provided with professional education and coaching for business operation, as well as follow-up support services for sustainable growth.

After screening, the final selection results will be announced on August 13, and the selected organizations will start the project in September and continue their activities until the performance sharing showcase held in January next year.
