[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Junhyung] Eugene Group's parent company Eugene Corporation and its affiliate Dongyang announced on the 21st that they will participate in the 'Children's Traffic Safety Relay Challenge.'
The Children's Traffic Safety Relay Challenge is a campaign organized by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety. It was planned to establish a traffic culture that prioritizes child protection and to build public consensus on preventing children's traffic accidents. The campaign proceeds in a relay format where participants share videos of themselves with traffic safety slogans and nominate the next participant.
Yoo Seokhoon, Executive Director of Eugene Group, was nominated by Song Si-han, CEO of YG-One. This is the background for Eugene Corporation and Dongyang's participation in the campaign. Executive Director Yoo nominated Song Junwon, Head of KH Energy, as the next challenge participant.
As part of the campaign, Eugene Corporation and Dongyang plan to attach stickers with the children's traffic safety slogan "Stop at 1! Look both ways at 2! For 3 seconds! Prevent 4 dangers!" on their nationwide offices and ready-mix concrete mixer trucks.
