Nongshim Kellogg's to Hold 'Protein Elasticity Class' on the 21st
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-seon] Nongshim Kellogg Protein will hold the "Kellogg Protein Elasticity Class" on the 21st in collaboration with the online class platform "Class101."
Under the theme "Boost Elasticity in Daily Life!", Nongshim Kellogg Protein has prepared a home training class to help restore hidden body energy and elasticity. The tuition fee for the Kellogg Protein Elasticity Class is 101 won, and anyone can participate for three months.
This collaboration between Nongshim Kellogg and Class101 was planned for consumers aiming to build a healthy body through home training ahead of the full summer season. In particular, Class101 is a platform gaining popularity mainly among the MZ generation, as it allows easy access to various classes amid the spread of the ontact culture.
The class will be conducted by instructor Kang Hana. Through a curriculum containing expert know-how, it plans to teach breathing techniques as well as stretching exercises covering the upper body, lower body, and the whole body.
